Fir frame is the most common system for the construction of houses in wood, it has been improved both at isolating level and concerning static and quality guarantees of our DNL-Core system.
By means of this innovative system all the walls of your house can be prefabricated at our factory so to offer higher quality, speed on worksite and flexibility of finishes with the best performances.

Advantages
Advantages of DNL-Core system:
- excellent thermal performances with limited thickness;
- isolation with panel in wood fiber with excellent thermo-acoustic quality (λ= 0.038 W/m K) and great transpiration capacity (μ = 1)
- especially indicated against seismic actions;
- it is free of mildew because it “breathes”;
- the wall is environment friendly;
- great architectural versatility
Technical room
There will be a counter-wall where to house the systems, insulated with flax or wood fiber boards, closed with gypsum fiber plates (class 0 for fire reaction).
The technical room is important because:
- enhances the thermo-acoustic characteristics of the main DNL-Core wall, because systems are located outside the wall.
- This allows the administration of the future modifications of the systems without any problems.

Finishing-covering
It is possible to personalize the wall choosing coverings and finishes; panels with cemented base, wood fibre coat plastered with silicates and wooden staves with the desired scent: these are only some possible solutions you will find at the dedicated page.
As optional you can also have different solutions for the materials of the wall, for installation or predispositions, for ventilation and thermal isolation. |
