EXECUTIVE design

Executive design allows transforming the architectural project on paper into a 3D project containing all useful data for working and producing every element of your house.

Our working centers at numeric control ensure absolute precision and quality when executing every detail together with total respect of the architectural drawings we receive.

Prefabrication of many elements give us the possibility of making administration on worksites easier and making the final installation quicker.

Executive design is articulated in different phases:

general analysis of the project
static tests: your house is calculated and dimensioned fully respecting the actual legislation and the last European rules in this field
3D project: optimization of the project and discussion of architectural details with the customer
Final control and approval of the project, with the customer
Exact definition of the time schedule: establishment of the exact date of delivery and assembly.
Control of the production: constant monitoring of the precision and quality of elements in phase of realization
