He holds a diploma in accounting from 1989 from the Istituto Vittorio Emanuele in Bergamo. He immediately joined the group and became one of the central members of the Baisotti Legnami family.

He has developed work experience for many years as well as contacts with the best European companies in the field.

He knows wood very well and has mastered it by developing channels and collaborations with the most important European and Italian producers of prime materials.

His capacity as a team manager, his knowledge of wood, his contacts created through years of work and his constant efforts are some of the strong points which have permitted him to bring Baisotti Legnami to be one of the top companies in the field.

Sergio Orsucci
Logistics and Controls

He holds a degree in physics from the University of Milan from 1986.

He has worked for 35 years in other managerial roles for large Italian industrial companies such as STM, B Ticino, Gewis, Gruppo GFT, Gruppo Verner-Siber both in Italy and abroad where he gained experience of key-in-hand projects and joint ventures.

For the past five years he has given counselling for organizational strategies and business in various industrial fields (wood, safety, fashion, instalments).

Gianluca Villa
Planning Architect and Client Management

He holds a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic Institute of Milan (1993/1994 academic year) and is enrolled in the Order of Architects, Draftsmen, Landscape Architects and Conservers in the Province of Milan.

He has worked in the field of internal architecture, in design (he has collaborated with many companies in the field of furnishings), in publicity and construction, connected particularly to stone construction.

He has been a freelance worker since 2005 and works 360° in the field of planning, with particular emphasis on eco-sustainability themes.

In 2007 he obtained a degree as a Bio-construction Technician ANAB-IBN-SIB from the National Association of Bio-ecological Architecture in Italy, Istitüt für Baubiologie + Oekologie Neubeuern – Germany and the Interessengemeinschaft fur Baubiologie/Bauokologie –Switzerland-), and for his thesis paper he developed the project for a maternal school with a load-bearing structure in wood.
